80% good, 20% bad

The Pareto principle (also known as the 80/20 rule) states that roughly 80% of effects come from 20% of the causes.

Whether this is true or not, it’s interesting to think about especially when it comes down to business, people and work.

Personally I’m curious about turning the whole concept on its head.

What if it’s the 80% that actually matters more?

What if we spent more time celebrating the wins and being positive (the 80%) and then strived to improve our weaknesses after?

What would that look like?
